We’re looking for a click-ass Social Media Manager to join our digital team!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Experience in community management, including reporting and scheduling across multiple platforms
    • 2-5 years experience
    • SMM Software: eg, Sprout, Social Report, Sendible, Buffer etc.
    • Facebook Business Manager
  • Post design and copy for social media
    • 2-5 years experience
  • Comfortable working with mailers
    • 1-3 years experience
    • MailChimp etc.
  • 1-3 years experience being part of the research and insights process defining a client’s content and their target users.
  • ADVANTAGEOUS: CMS website assistance
    • 2-5 years experience
    • WordPress etc.
  • ADVANTAGEOUS: SEO mindfulness
    • 1-3 years experience

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in an agency environment.
  • Be able to jump effortlessly between brand tones and voices.
  • Have a natural eye for design and be a part of the creative story-telling and concept building process.
  • Be strong in a collaborative and team environment, with an ability to work independently.
  • Be confident and professional when dealing with clients (eg. user support issues)
  • Have excellent English & (ideally) Zulu and/or Xhosa skills.
  • Love people. Be an empathetic, forward-focused, big picture thinker.


  • Experience in paid social and SEM.

As our Implementation Designer, you’ll be a vital part of the Studio Engine Room in a Durban-based agency with high-profile client base. Your 2 (or more) years of agency experience has given you the solid, proven design skills and a keen eye for detail that we’ll be relying on when you roll-out creative across a range of media and formats, getting it right first time, every time.

You can take direction and have a ‘can do’ attitude that allows you to work seamlessly within a team, making a strong contribution to a wide range of projects across diverse media channels from traditional print to digital and social media (and everything in between!)

Your ability to handle pressure and excellent time-management skills means you’ll be able to progress reverts and turn around projects on mad deadlines, too! You’re efficient, driven, focused and fuelled by a passion for brand custodianship (and caffeine)!

If multi-tasking, ball-juggling and performing regular feats of the impossible are in your skill set, we want to hear from you!
